Program Objectives:
Develop high-quality future business leaders.
Setup young people leadership pipeline for the potential and self-motivated university graduates.
Provide young people with crucial skills, valuable hands-on operation experience right from the start, then track their career to management position across a broad range of business areas.
Promote talent retention and encourage our young talents to grow and flow within the Remy Cointreau to achieve successful careers.
Focus on Commercial (sales)About the program:
24 months in duration. Job rotation to different function team for a duration of 3- 6 months each and cross – function work exposure and experience to be offered in each duration.Executive coaching from senior executives to share development experience and insights as mentor.Project assignment in between to groom leadership and competence development.Multi-dimensional learning development channels (ie On-the-job, competence and business school) to be provided to support the career development.
Program Requirement:
Only for fresh graduates, bachelor’s degree holder or above.
Open to work relocation. Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dynamic, energetic, open-minded and persistent.
Positive attitude and forward thinking.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
